Who we are

This website is operated by Lovina Project Property, a property agent based in Banyualit, Singaraja 81119, Bali. For any privacy question, contact us on WhatsApp at 0852-3656-0765.

What we collect

• Forms. The forms on this site do not send anything to a server. They put your message together in your browser and open WhatsApp. We only receive the message if you send it in WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp messages. When you message us, we receive your name, phone number and what you write. We use this to answer your question, arrange viewings and discuss listings.
• Analytics, with consent. If you allow analytics, Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views (page address, referrer, country and device type). It does not use cookies.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use personal data only to reply to you, to arrange viewings, to discuss property you want to buy or sell, and to understand which pages of the site are useful. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

With your agreement, we may share your contact details with a property owner or a notary (PPAT) involved in a transaction you asked about. WhatsApp, operated by Meta, processes messages under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations for as long as they are useful for an enquiry or a transaction, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. We handle personal data in line with Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
