Listings describe property as it was advertised to us. They are not an offer and do not form a contract. Details can change or contain errors.

• Price, availability and legal status of every property must be confirmed with us directly, and the legal status confirmed with the land office (BPN) or a notary (PPAT), before you make any decision or payment.
• Images are illustrations. Photos marked “Illustrative photo” and generated drawings do not show the listed property. Photos of the property itself are shared on request.
• Sizes are shown as advertised and converted at 1 are = 100 m². Confirm the measured size on the certificate.
